After screening is complete, you may be asked to sign a Statement of Work (SOW) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). These documents allow Starin Solutions and the contractor to exchange role-related information with clear confidentiality and security expectations designed to protect proprietary information.

You will then receive the specific parameters for the role, including guidelines, responsibilities, expectations, and performance requirements. For certain roles, you may also be asked to submit a work plan explaining how you intend to approach the work product.

The SOW will include the agreed compensation terms. Some roles may require additional documentation based on legal, regulatory, compliance, security, or operational requirements.
