What happens after I create my contractor profile?

Your profile begins in Pending Review. Starin Solutions reviews the application for accuracy and thoroughness, confirms payment, completes the applicable screening process, and evaluates potential alignment. Before accepting work, the contractor may receive a Statement of Work and an Independent Contractor Agreement, including any project-specific terms or modifications.

Does joining the contractor network guarantee work?

No. A profile, screening approval, payment, or opportunity notice does not guarantee a project, contract, income level, or continuing work. The network allows Starin Solutions to evaluate potential alignment as needs and opportunities arise.

Can I work with other companies or find my own clients?

Yes. Independent contractors generally operate their own businesses, offer services to the public, pursue other customers, and accept work from other companies, subject to lawful confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and project-specific agreements.
