These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of starinsolutions.com, related Starin Solutions websites, forms, applications, account areas, content, and services. By using them, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Starin Solutions LLC develops and operates business, contractor, marketplace, educational, directory, technology, and service initiatives. Information about a program, opportunity, contractor relationship, business need, or project is general unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Starin Solutions is not promising employment by allowing someone to create a profile, pay a review or readiness fee, complete screening, access resources, or communicate with us. Independent-contractor opportunities, when available, are governed by a separate Statement of Work and Independent Contractor Agreement. No opportunity, volume of work, earnings, or continued engagement is guaranteed.
Fees, packages, payment methods, and refund terms are disclosed during the applicable transaction. Stripe and Zelle are third-party payment methods. A payment may be subject to confirmation, review, reversal, dispute, or refund status. Paying a fee does not guarantee approval, screening results, contractor work, revenue, or any other outcome.
Any background screening, public-record review, reputation review, or application review is limited to the stated purpose and scope. It is not a guarantee of character, safety, qualification, accuracy, suitability, or future conduct. A record or concern does not necessarily create automatic disqualification.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Starin Solutions a nonexclusive right to store, review, format, reproduce, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, evaluate requests, communicate with you, maintain records, and display material you have authorized for publication.
The Starin Solutions name, logos, site design, software, databases, original text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Starin Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable law.
Our services may link to or use third-party websites, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, directories, social platforms, or other tools. Starin Solutions does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starin Solutions disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and particular business or financial results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starin Solutions LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or disputes arising from use of the services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starin Solutions LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
